1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online store at mysticrevelation.com ("Store"), operated by Mystic Revelation ("Seller", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Store sells original esoteric and spiritual artwork. All products are physical, one-of-a-kind or limited edition artworks unless otherwise stated.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in the Store are in Euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT. The total price, including VAT, shipping costs, and any additional charges, is displayed before order confirmation.

Payments are processed through PayU, a licensed payment service provider. We accept BLIK, bank transfers, card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

3. Order Process

  1. Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Provide shipping details and contact information.
  3. Review your order, accept these Terms, acknowledge your right of withdrawal, and accept our Privacy Policy.
  4. Complete payment through PayU.
  5. You will receive an order confirmation email.

A binding contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the European Union. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days depending on the destination.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email). You may use the withdrawal form available at /withdrawal.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized (bespoke/commissioned artworks).

6. Returns and Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

7. Warranty and Complaints

We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that becomes apparent within 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, logos, and content on the Store are the intellectual property of Mystic Revelation or its licensors. Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer reproduction rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Store or purchase of products is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.

As a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes online.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the order.
